What Happens After You Submit the Form

Once you complete the contact form, we’ll review the details of your requested service for your home or office and send you a free, no-obligation written cleaning estimate.

If you’re happy with the estimate, simply approve it and we can discuss scheduling availability, Once a date is agreed on, you can then submit the required deposit through the corresponding invoice.

We’ll then confirm your appointment and secure your spot on our schedule by sending an appointment invitation from our calendar via email.

Important Service Notes

To ensure transparency and accurate pricing, please note that certain services are not included in our standard Deep Cleaning packages and are quoted separately:

• Inside major appliances (oven, refrigerator, etc.)

• Interior and exterior window cleaning

• Window track and blind cleaning

• Carpet steam cleaning (hot water extraction)

These services require additional time, specialized equipment, and labor, which affects overall pricing.

Many clients choose to schedule these add-on services on a separate day from their deep cleaning. This allows us to maintain efficiency and deliver the highest level of detail and quality for each service.
