Extreme House Cleaning Services: ($565.00 Flat Rate) Includes (up to) 14 man hours labor and cleaning materials / 7 hours straight time (if) two cleaning persons are used*

*Additional labor (if required) charged at $40 per man hour ($80 per hour straight if 2 cleaning persons are used. *

(Good for Small/Medium/Large homes in bad condition)

* Please note that some cleanings may need to take place over more than one day and extra man hours for excessively soiled homes and depending on the amount of work needing to be completed at the home. We will always do our best to complete all work in the shortest period of time while doing work to the homeowners expectations*
