📅 Schedule & Service Details

  • Your Cleaning Date & Time: You’ll find all the details in our handy calendar invite sent via email. This includes the frequency and specifics of your cleaning plan.
  • Payment Info: Check your email for all the payment details tailored to your needs.

💲 Pricing: Fair & Transparent

  • Hourly Rates (as of 1/27/2022):
    • Single Cleaner: $40/hour (materials included)
    • Two Cleaners: $80/hour (gets the job done faster, but cost remains the same)
  • Flexibility: If you prefer two cleaners (subject to availability), we can reduce cleaning time while maintaining the same price.

🕒 Timeliness and Flexibility

  • Approximate Arrival: Traffic and other factors can affect our arrival. We aim to be punctual but appreciate your flexibility for any slight delays.
  • Late Arrival Notification: If we’re more than 30 minutes late, we’ll let you know.

🌟 Add-Ons for a Deeper Clean ( see our services list page) for list of services included in our cleaning packages

  • Ad in Deeper Clean Options: Include inside window cleaning, blind cleaning, and/or inside major appliance cleaning. Just give us a 72-hour heads-up if you need to ad any of these these extra services that have not already been included in your cleaning.

💳 Payment Policy: Hassle-Free

  • Booking Deposit: Required to secure your cleaning dates.
  • Payment Due: At the time of service, unless other arrangements are made.
  • Credit Card Policy: If no payment is made at the time of service, we’ll charge the card on file.

🧹 Handling Clutter: Let’s Keep It Simple

  • Pre-Cleaning Prep: Please clear any clutter from areas you want us to clean.
  • Clutter Policy: If a room is too cluttered, we might not be able to clean it (unless specific services like Home Organization are requested).

📅 Cancellation Policy: Flexible & Fair

  • Notice Period: Please give us a 72-hour heads-up if you need to cancel, to help us manage our schedule efficiently.
  • Cancellation Fee: Applies for late cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute changes.

🕒 Late Fees: Keeping Things on Track

  • Late Payment Fee: $40, plus 12% monthly interest on overdue amounts.

🚪 Access & Security: Your Trust is Our Priority

  • Key Security: We keep your keys safe and unidentified for security.
  • Alarm Systems: Please inform us about any necessary alarm settings.

🌧️ Inclement Weather: Safety First

  • Weather Considerations: We prioritize the safety of our staff. In extreme weather, we’ll reschedule your cleaning (if necessary).

Terms of Service Clauses

Your Terms of Service must identify the sender, provide opt‑out and support instructions, disclose frequency, and reference your Privacy Policy. Ensure the following clauses are included:

TnC: Business Identity Clause

By providing your phone number and opting in through our forms, you consent to receive SMS communications from Spotlessly Clean House Cleaning & Janitorial Services. These messages may include both marketing and non-marketing communications.

Marketing messages may include information about special offers, promotions, discounts, and service updates. Non-marketing messages may include appointment reminders, service notifications, and order or service updates related to services you have requested.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may reply HELP for assistance.

TnC: Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the 1 877-753-4790. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.  TnC: Carrier Liability Clause

“Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.”

TnC: Message Frequency Clause

This clause must cover the frequency in which you receive messages as a user.

 “As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive [message frequency]. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.”

You must have a cross-link to your privacy policy within the Terms of Service.
