* As per our company policy, in order to start Recurring Maintenance Cleaning Services, a First Time Deep Cleaning or Extreme Deep Cleaning service would be required to be completed for all new customers, or potentially homes we haven’t cleaned in over one month (To prepare the home) before we could start Recurring Maintenance Cleaning Services *

*We offer Window Cleaning, Window Tracks Cleaning, Blind Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning as separate services (Window Cleaning,  Window Tracks Cleaning, Blind Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning, are NOT included as part of normal Deep Cleaning, or recurring Maintenance cleaning) * Substantial additional labor and time is required to complete these services and can be assessed and included for additional fees or separated onto separate days when/if required.

*We Also offer window, Window tracks, blinds cleaning and carpet cleaning as stand alone services.*
