An estimate request tells us what you need and when you hope to have it done. It does not reserve a cleaning appointment by itself.
At Spotlessly Clean, we review your property and requested work and provide a written estimate. Your appointment is reserved after you accept the estimate, we confirm availability, and the required reservation deposit is received. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed service. If you have a move, inspection or guest-arrival deadline, tell us at the start so we can check it with you.
What information should I send?
Start with the service address, type of cleaning and affected scope. For routine or deep home cleaning, share the approximate size of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and current condition. For post-construction cleaning, tell us whether work is finished, the area to clean, dust, debris or residue, surfaces, and access. Last professional cleaning is not needed for post-construction requests. Add the rooms and tasks that matter most to you.
Mention whether the property will be occupied or empty. If you need appliance interiors, interior windows or other detailed work, list those requests rather than assuming they are included. Your written estimate should make the agreed scope clear.
Cabinet and drawer interiors are normally included in our move-in or move-out deep cleaning. Please empty them beforehand unless we have agreed to additional work and included it in your written estimate. If we need to empty cabinets or drawers and/or discard items, additional charges may apply.
Do I need current photos?
Current photos can help us understand the layout, condition and access. Show the areas needing attention and any delicate or hard-to-reach surfaces. For high windows or fixtures, include an approximate height if you know it.
If you don’t have current photos, tell us what information you can provide. We’ll discuss what is needed to assess the job. Keep people, private documents and unnecessary personal details out of the images.
How do I check location and travel costs?
We serve East Alabama and West Georgia, but your service address matters when confirming coverage and scheduling. Ask us to clarify any travel-related charge before accepting the estimate. Reviewing the full written estimate is the best way to understand the work and total you are agreeing to.
Can I request just one cleaning?
Yes. You can request a one-time deep cleaning without signing up for recurring maintenance. If you later want regular help, we can discuss weekly, every-two-week or monthly visits. Recurring maintenance begins after a first-time deep cleaning, with the ongoing scope and schedule agreed separately.
What should I confirm before the visit?
Confirm the appointment date and arrival arrangements directly with us. Review access, utilities, pets, preparation, included tasks and requested extras. If your needs or the property’s condition change, let us know before the visit so we can discuss the effect on the work.
