Your plan for the contents determines how the cleanout should be organized. Tell us which of these best describes your project.
Keeping or relocating the contents
Identify the belongings you want to keep and arrange a suitable truck or other transportation. Tell us where the items need to be staged or loaded. We review the requested labor, item sizes, access and carrying distance before confirming the scope. Transportation to the new location is your responsibility unless pickup or trailer assistance is expressly included in your written estimate.
Discarding unwanted contents
Arrange a suitable roll-off dumpster or other disposal method before the scheduled work. Confirm that it accepts the materials involved and that it can be placed where the agreed loading work can be completed safely. We provide the agreed cleanout labor; dumpster rental, collection and disposal are your responsibility unless otherwise expressly included in your written estimate.
Rented storage units at storage facilities
We also provide labor to help clear rented storage units. Tell us the unit size, how full it is, which contents you are keeping or discarding, and any facility access hours, loading rules, stairs or elevator requirements. Confirm the transportation or disposal plan and any cleaning of the emptied unit in your written estimate.
A mix of keep and discard
Separate or clearly identify items that stay, items being relocated and items being discarded. We follow the decisions and priorities agreed with you. Tell us if you also want cleaning of the emptied area included in the written estimate.
No hazardous waste. Bulky or unusually heavy items, unsafe access and other special conditions must be reviewed before service.
