We do not provide hazardous-material cleanup or remediation. Exterior windows are limited to ground-level access or windows that fold or tilt inward for access from inside.

Share the construction schedule and tell us which trades or punch-list tasks remain. Work after cleaning can create more dust or marks. We agree on the cleaning stage and timing with you, and any additional visit needs its own agreed scope.
The estimate identifies the areas, accessible surfaces, floors, fixtures and detail work included. Cabinet interiors, windows and tracks, appliance interiors, paint or adhesive removal, and debris handling need specific discussion. Do not assume every task is included.
Tell us which phase you need and what work remains. We review each request individually and confirm only the visits and tasks we can undertake. Multiple visits, specialist work and work outside the original scope must be agreed separately.
