Venture Growth Hub is a private business reporting dashboard operated by Billy Burger for Spotlessly Clean House Cleaning & Janitorial Services. This notice describes its connected-account reporting and monitoring features. It does not replace the separate privacy notice for visitors to the Spotlessly Clean website.
Information accessed
With the account holder’s authorization, Venture Growth Hub accesses selected Google Business Profile account and location identifiers, business names and website links, profile performance statistics, average ratings, review counts, and the latest 50 reviews, including reviewer display names, ratings, review text, dates, and existing business replies. Separately authorized Google Search Console and Google Analytics connections access the selected properties and their search and website performance reports.
The application stores authorization tokens, the selected property or location, report snapshots, connection status, sync times, and an activity history. Its private sign-in identifies the authorized workspace owner. You do not provide your Google password to Venture Growth Hub.
How information is used
Information is used to display business reports, refresh authorized connections, compare saved snapshots, identify new or changed reviews, and alert the workspace owner to meaningful changes or connection failures. The current Business Profile connector reads data only. Although Google requires the broad business.manage permission, this connector does not edit listings, publish posts, delete reviews, or send review replies. Any suggested response requires separate owner review and approval.
Access, service providers, and sharing
Reports are available within the private owner workspace. Google provides the connected data; OpenAI/ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare provide application, authentication, hosting, and storage services. When the owner enables Codex monitoring, Codex processes the displayed report information to compare snapshots and prepare private alerts or response drafts, and monitoring snapshots are stored on the owner’s computer. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies. The Hub does not sell Google account data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or training its own generalized AI models.
Venture Growth Hub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect the application.
Storage and security
Google authorization tokens and the application’s Google client secret are encrypted in application storage. Connections and reports are scoped to their business and workspace owner. Access uses authenticated sessions and HTTPS. No security measure eliminates every risk.
Retention, disconnection, and deletion
Saved reports are retained to provide the dashboard and comparisons. A successful dashboard sync replaces that connection’s current report; separately saved monitoring snapshots and activity history may remain. Disconnecting a Google connection in the Hub removes its stored tokens and current dashboard report. It does not delete your data at Google or automatically remove local monitoring snapshots, activity history, or provider backups.
You may stop future Google access through your Google Account’s third-party connections and pause scheduled monitoring in Codex. To request deletion of retained application or monitoring information, contact the operator using the address below. Requests are subject to identity verification and any applicable legal retention obligations.
